Bug Description

The compiler crashes if a member that needs internal i.e. assembly access permissions is used.

The problem was that a .NEt only method was used to compare the assembly names. Now a simpler method that compares assembly names and versions is used that works in both VMs. Fixed as of v. 11.2.8.6
