Get the Office Storage feature in Unatco HQ working nicely

Currently the spawn is a bit off in the office, the closet in 05 hasn't been investigated yet.

This has been marked as low, and has been cut for v1.0 release. Feature requires thorough investigation, and may be restored in a future update.

What exactly is this "Office Storage"?

It's the feature from Shifter that allows you to store stuff in your office at Unatco HQ so you can pick it up in later missions when you return. Normally anything left in the map will be gone since the next time you visit the HQ you are in a different map.

Current issue is with how the items stored are spawned in the office so it looks "natural" (ie. no stuff hanging in the air and so on, cause you know DX physics).

Taken out for now, may be implemented in the future once we have a better framework.
