Scaling on high-res Notebooks QHD Display

There is a Problem with the scaling on QHD+ Notebooks.
You can turn on Windows scaling, but then the drawings appear to be blurry.
When scaling is turned off the drawings are sharp but the Icons are extremely small.
Here we would Need a high Resolution solution.

Could you add more detail, including the OS being used?

In general Inkscape obeys the GTK+ theme engine including sizes to use for icons, toolbars, text, etc. The OS being used is sometimes a factor in how to affect these settings.

The bug task added later by rubo77 is unrelated to Inkscape (Dwb is a "lightweight webkit browser").
