Bug Description

Michael More's "Fahrenheit 9/11" DVD cannot be backed up with dvdbackup - it gives the following error:
  Failed creating title directory
  No such file or directory

The problem appears to be the forward slash in the title.

The workaround is to use the -n or --name= option to specify a custom "title" name, but the problem is, I did not figure this out - thought "title directory" was some special subdirectory, checked if I had disk space, and eventually used handbrake.

Solution a) When the error "Failed creating title directory" is displayed, dvdbackup ought to show the actual title as detected on the DVD, so in this example, the error should have been:
"Failed creating title directory "Fahrenheit 9/11" - perhaps try -n to specify a filesystem-friendly name for this DVD."

Solution b) Give a more descriptive error, such as in solution a), and also provide an option --simple-filenames, to automatically convert such problematic chars into filesystem-tolerable characters.

Of course, some of the chars that should probably be converted are [][,*&$^%#@!`~?/\|[]{};:'"<>] and I recall a standard somewhere which specifies which set of chars should ordinarily be converted, and possibly even what to. But that should probably just be a configurable regex at the end of the day.

Thanks for listening :)
