For dark menus, unselected check buttons and radio buttons are too bright

The contrast between dark menus and unselected check buttons and radio buttons is too big, causing the unselected buttons to be too visible. Is there a way to make the colors of those buttons a bit darker without changing the colors of check buttons and radio buttons on those that aren't on dark menus.

Whether it could be specific to those on menus or not, it would be better if those buttons aren't that bright.
