Prompts for passphrase for key which doesn't require one

Bug Description

I've been using Duplicity for several years off and on. I just tried 0.6.15 and 0.6.17. I use a key with an empty passphrase to sign my backups, and I use symmetric encryption with an exported passphrase.

Both 0.6.15 and 06.17 prompt for a passphrase for my signing key, but when I hit enter without typing anything, it works. Previous versions didn't prompt for the passphrase.

Using Kubuntu Oneiric.
