Bug Description
Manpage suggests:
SYNOPSIS
duplicity [options] source_directory target_url
duplicity [options] source_url target_directory
to restore I need --restore-too. In man it looks like I *can* backup remote dir over scp.
I think it should be cleaner in man that duplicity can't backup remote dir.
