Bug Description
Some translations are not installed, although they are translatable in launchpad or there are po-files for them. This is probably because they are missing in the po/LINGUAS file.
For example 0.7 series has
13 translatable languages in launchpad
9 po files in directory po/
7 languages in po/LINGUAS
The situation is similar in 0.6 series.
