--file-to-restore doesn't work with trailing slash

Bug Description
Today I tried to restore some of my files using duplicity 0.5.16 restore.
duplicity restore \
--sign-key XXX --encrypt-key XXX \
--tempdir $HOME/tmp --verbosity 9 \
file:///... restore-mail
But this failed with the following error.
mail/ not found in archive, no files restored.
If I strip the trailing slash everything works fine. I think a
trailing slash should be removed automatically to prevent this
problem.
