Pass option to skip trash when deleting file from mediafire backend

Bug Description

It would be nice if duplicity contains a way to pass purge=True to mediafire backend. Currently all deleted files go to Trash which calls for manual intervention at some point. Perhaps some other remote backends are affected as well.

duplicity 0.8.18
python 3.9.2
Arch Linux, x86_64
