Error processing remote manifest (duplicity-inc.20181001T155227Z.to.20181004T170535Z.manifest.gpg): GPG Failed, see log below:

The problem is obvious in the log:

gpg: can't open '/home/donovan/.gnupg/secring.gpg': Permission denied

You can't get to the gpg data, so gpg fails, then duplicity fails.

Changed in duplicity:
status: New → Invalid
