duplicity-0.7.16

I've created a small patch to make the compression level configurable.

$ diffstat -p1 compression_level.diff
 duplicity/commandline.py | 3 +++
 duplicity/globals.py | 2 ++
 duplicity/gpg.py | 2 +-
 3 files changed, 6 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-)
