Bug Description

Referring to Azure CLI 2.0:

   https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/storage/account?view=azure-cli-latest

They look for the following environment variables for the account name and account key, respectively:

* AZURE_STORAGE_ACCOUNT
* AZURE_STORAGE_KEY

Current 0.8 series trunk looks for only AZURE_ACCOUNT_NAME and AZURE_ACCOUNT_KEY.

I suggest AZURE_STORAGE_ACCOUNT and AZURE_STORAGE_KEY should also be looked at.

Duplicity version: 0.8 series
Python version: 2.7.13
Azure API version: 2.0.0
