Bug Description
My sftp target_url is normally identified by a particular host name/IP on the local network. But I occasionally need to back up to that location from elsewhere, using an internet host name/IP and a different port number for sftp. Duplicity doesn't recognize this as the same backup and starts creating a new backup at the target location, rather than making a new incremental backup based on the previous full backup. Any possibility to support this use case? Thanks!

Try using the --name option to force the same archive cache location, and possibly --allow- source- mismatch if the source name changes as well. Let me know if you have problems.
