nextCloud webdav support.

On https://INSTANCE/remote.php/webdav/ presents:

 This is the WebDAV interface. It can only be accessed by WebDAV clients such as the ownCloud desktop sync client.

duplicity does have a webdav backend that should work with standard WebDAV. You can read about usage in the man page.
