Bug Description
Currently if duplicity restore stops for some reason, the only option is to restart from beginning, which can take a long time (my connection drops usually in the middle of the night, meaning restoring gets interrupted every ~24h).
Add a feature such that calling the same duplicity restore command again continues restoring the missing files on destination.
ENV:
$ duplicity --version
duplicity 0.7.10
$ python2.7 --version
Python 2.7.12
$ uname -a
