Bug Description

Hi,

I am using the latest duplicity version 0.7.07.1 and did the backup of 2TB files. its completed successfully. But could not restore completely. got the error like,

Invalid data - SHA1 hash mismatch:
Calculated hash: 7d96fd9b424f777e795c40f29f0cc88c7d87ec3d
Manifest hash: a102c548ef930c7a928f9519dbc5ea5f59441ebb

In duplicity site, they told this issue was fixed in 0.6.24. release. But still i got this and could not restore completely.

can anyone please suggest what to do for this?

It's possible the file mentioned in the error is indeed corrupted, if it is
the same file every time. If it is a different file each time, you have
network problems. The manifest file is a simple text file, so it's
possible to edit and supply the Calculated hash instead of the Manifest
hash, but only if it's not a network problem.

I would also suggest uninstalling the old 0.6* version and installing from
the latest tarball, available here
<https://launchpad.net/duplicity/0.7-series/0.7.07.1/+download/duplicity-0.7.07.1.tar.gz>.
Do *not* upgrade, uninstall and reinstall.

Let me know if this helped.
