verify doesn't work

Bug Description
Hi,
I've created a backup. Tried with 3 different locations. (Azure, scp to remote server, localhost)
With all three cases backup was done ok. BUT when I try to 'verify' it command executed fail to recognized a change. I changed one of the files that was backed up (added a new text line), but verify says:
Local and Remote metadata are synchronized, no sync needed.
Last full backup date: Wed Jun 22 15:03:29 2016
GnuPG passphrase:
Verify complete: 13 files compared, 0 differences found.
But I changed a file content?
