Bug Description
Using Duplicity with the Swift backend gives bad performances (at least with OVH PCS/Hubic), Swift client can send an object via multiple connection to maximise bandwidth usage.
With 10 threads I can saturate a 100Mbps interface, but with the default (1), I can only send at an average rate of 10Mbps.
