Bug Description

Poking around at Duplicity I looked at https://pypi.python.org/pypi/lockfile, which says that it is deprecated in favor of "fasteners" or "oslo.concurrency". It would be good to move away from the lockfile module.

This is with duplicity 0.7.06 on Fedora 23 x64, btw.
