Bug Description

this is a forward of debian bug #789550, which lives over there: https://bugs.debian.org/789550

in version 0.9 the lockfile module's guts were renamed and duplicity needs to use then new function names.
upstream docs re the change: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/lockfile

(note that the maybe-even-more-upstream docs at http://docs.openstack.org/developer/pylockfile/ say that
the lockfile module is deprecated and shouldn't be used.)

this particular fix is trivial, and a patch is attached.
