Bug Description

I'd like to see a backend for Amazon Cloud Drive included with duplicity.

Amazon recently changed their pricing strategy to be much more aggressive. They are offering unlimited storage for about $60/year. They also recently exposed a REST api for the service (https://developer.amazon.com/public/apis/experience/cloud-drive/content/restful-api). ACS is presumably powered by S3 -- and if the APIs are similar, this might be a relatively easy (and much appreciated!) backend to implement.
