Bug Description

From Question #261358

Provide a way to pass a list of created/modified/deleted files to duplicity and avoid duplicity doing a file system scan. This would speed up the backup process.

This could take a list generated by fswatch ( http://emcrisostomo.github.io/fswatch/ ) as an input and would allow easier creation of inotify-based backup systems (see, for example, Bug #781428 ).
