Bug Description
The "ftpbackend" makes use of ncftp which is not capable of IPv6. This makes duplicity unusable with FTP in IPv6-only environments.
The "ftpsbackend" is based on "lftp" which is capable of IPv6. By also using lftp for FTP the issue can be solved. Using the current "ftpsbackend"-code for both FTP and FTPS will also reduce code-duplication:
