Git plugin doesn't support alternate paths for git-*-pack in SSH

The Git-Bazaar plugin fails on SSH server configurations where it is impossible to add git-receive-pack to the server's PATH. There should be an option to allow this behavior (git already has configuration options for this).

This requires patching both dulwich and bzr-git. I have a working branch for both.

Augie's changes have landed in Dulwich. Any chance you can merge current dulwich trunk into your branch and resolve any conflicts? When you've done that I'd be happy to merge your changes for this bug into trunk.
