And what about nick change command? Why not to allow it for all users?

Nick change command is just some feature that the client must have , not the hub. For example BCDC has the command /nick "newnick". This just changes the user's nick. The !mynick command is a workaround that does this, and it will probably be removed in the future when clients will support it.... ( the command forces the client to change the nick... )

and the client still has the old nick in settings and all, so this is not the best way to do it,...
