This happens only on localhost/ lan .
DC++ might send some invalid stuff, but that doesnt mean DSHub needs to fail like that.

We tested some fast reconnections and the CID bug appeared otherwise the svn is really much better at handling users perhaps a reconnection timeout if user x reconnect x times he must have a timeout before he can reconnect
