Transaction splits sometimes not deleted

Sometimes transaction splits aren't deleted when a transaction is deleted, and sometimes when you link an existing transaction to a sync transaction your splits get copied. This results in the transaction getting listed twice in the register for no apparent reason, while the ledger report shows only one transaction, but with every split doubled. For some reason, manually querying the database with the sqlite3 program doesn't show any of this.

Current workaround is to delete the transaction, ensure that both are deleted, and then re-enter it (usually from the sync transaction).
