Launchpad module doesn't work in Drupal 6.x

Various changes are required to make the module work with the api changes in Drupal 6.x.

I've set up a branch on lp:~elachuni/+junk/drupal6-launchpad that works with Drupal 6.8 (branched off Stuart's experimental branch).

To test it you'll need the 6.x modified openid module that you can take from lp:~elachuni/+junk/drupal6-openid until it's merged into trunk.

I've merged your changes and fixed one minor bug with the menu hook. There's more work to be done with the menu though. We hide various menus relating to account registration and account editing. This was a bit hackish in 5.x due to a lack of api to do it (that I could find) so we need to get a handle on how 6.x's menu system has changed and if a standard api exists for hiding items or how else we can make this happen.
