Bug Description
./dru --debug -d=dell apply
When removing the kernel in the Dell image, a dialog (whiptail) is run to query the user if they really want to remove the running kernel. This dialog for some reason is never presented in the user window. Until it is killed, whiptail stalls the 'apply' operation.
See attached process listing.
