Let the letters stack up to the top of the play area so that at least one column goes red.
Continue choosing letters.

Note that letters no longer drop from the top, and you can still play the game.

I would expect the game to prevent me choosing letters once we've hit the top.

One thing about this bug is that it is made worse on the device because of lp:1368998. On the desktop audio works, and as a result the board flips over when the gameover sound stops playing. On the device, however, since the sound isn't working the board never flips so the tiles can be 'played' indefinitely.
