Bug Description

Many games doesn't support Joypad directly. eg: flash games,online browser games,etc. We'd have to use Key Mapping softwares to map Joypad keys to keyboard keys. I use Key Mapping apps like AntiMicro,qjoypad,etc. As Droidpad is a software based gamepad, it'd be nice to have Key Mapping feature implemented in DroidPad itself. It could be an extra setting in the PC client, or a setting in Android app itself. Either one would do.

Since this bug report's mostly a feature-request and coz Droidpad doesn't seem to be actively maintained anymore, I'm marking the bug as 'Opinion'.

At some point I plan on doing some work on DroidPad. I'm busy until August from now, but I might get round to updating DroidPad. If anyone wants to take on some of the development I'd be more than happy to impart some knowledge about it.

Hi @w-shackelton , thanks for replying. Happy to hear you'll resume Droidpad development in the future. I'm not a hardcore programmer, but I think I might be able to help with minor bugfixes, testing and stuff like that. Looking forward to see Droidpad evolve into the universal controller! 😊
