Bug Description

        ENGINE STATE : ::SEAPITester()
        ENGINE STATE : BEGIN
Expected Engine state ::doGetTableDefinition()but engine in BEGIN instead.
Expected Engine state ::SEAPITester()but engine in BEGIN instead.
                Cursor STATE : ::open()
                Cursor STATE : ::doStartTableScan() <--- RETURNS -1
                Cursor STATE : ::rnd_next() <- *BUG*

not sure if any of our engines will explode due to this or not (haven't checked)
