Bug Description
- Currently we use the following version string: <year>.
- Decision is to change versioning to drizzleN-
- We will start with drizzle7, i.e. drizzle7-
- Install in drizzleN directory with links to the base drizzle directory thus the ability to install and run multiple versions
- Patches would be drizzleN-
