Bug Description
This is fine but flags should be removed and we should use the name of the charset, not the number.

Because bit flags and a number make *SO MUCH SENSE* to the end user.

not actually in SHOW INDEX FROM, but from over the wire. So I think it's just part of the protocol... unless we have a client side mapping, not going to happen (and we shouldn't change the protocol)
