Add final changes on CI, release and driver names

The following should be edited or added within this bug:
1) native OpenStack CI for a number of drivers
2) Fujitsu DX drivers should be described as separate for iSCISI and FC
3) Brocade Vyatta is actually not in trunk with Juno
4) Brocade Neutron should have more releases
5) Juniper Opencontrail is present only in Juno
6) Juniper Networks plugin is still under question
7) KVM and QEMU are in all releases
8) LVM and NFS are tested by native OpenStack CI and are in trunk with all releases
9) Sheepdog driver is present in Juno&Icehouse
10) Open vSwitch and Linux Bridge are tested by native CI; releases should be added
11) ML2 appeared in Havana or Icehouse -?
