Bug Description
Currently DriverLog shows CI_tested as green if CI is configured, but it doesn't check that it actually runs. This behavior is misleading. Instead DriverLog should show green mark only if CI is configured and ran tests during last few days (week) on master branch. Otherwise the mark should be red.
