Bug Description
Until know, when GNU Dr. Geo is started, it checks if there is any existing Dr.Geo window, if not it opens a new empty one.
It is annoying when the first thing to be done by the user is to open a sketch from a file. It is preferably to start GNU Dr. Geo empty, from there the user clicks on the DrGeo background for the system menu then:
- open a new empty DrGeo window
- open a DrGeo window from a file
- or do any other operations permitted by the system menu
