Translation for 15.12 release

Dear translators,

The 15.12 release is scheduled for December!

Not many new messages to translate. As you can see from its change log (https://launchpad.net/drgeo/+milestone/15.12), most changes are internals and optimisations.

If you have a very incomplete translation in your native language, consider the opportunity to improve the status of the translation. Even unfinished translation is better than nothing, and should be considered as a Work-In-Progress in the translation effort. And do not forget you can invite friends to join in :)

In the other hand, please do not left a few tenth messages untranslated as it gave a wrong perception of the free software quality.

I wish you a happy and peaceful end for the year 2015.
