Bug Description
Per sketch user interface, we need the ability to customize the user interface:
From a dedicated dialog,
- the user can decide on the menu to show or hide: Menu, wheels, tree view, toolbars and buttons.
- a customized toolbar with selected buttons to show.
The custom user interface preferences are to be saved with the sketch.
A shortcut button from the UI, give back access to the complete UI with a dedicated sketch.

Mode of use:
- Open the customiser dialog from the menu 'Edit>Customise interface'
- Check the tools you want in your customised UI, by default only the wheels controls are checked
- Press ok to validate customised UI and save the sketch: at next load time of the sketch you will have a customised UI
- Press Cancel to not validate customised UI, however at the next save of the sketch, yours preferences are saved but you still have the default user interface.
From the sketch xml file (.fgeo extension) you can inactivate customised UI by setting to "False" the attribute "custom_controls"
