Cloning a circle defined by its radius

Bug Description

When cloning a circle defined by its centre and radius (a value or a segment length), it makes more sense the cloned circle shares the radius attribute with the cloned circle. Now the cloned circle is defined by centre and a second point.

Thus, the cloned circle will be defined as "circle defined by centre and radius".

Therefore circled and its clones will have same radius.
