Bug Description
In the enclosed example to construct an ellipse as a locus, the extremities are incorrectly sampled: we are short in samples in the zone.
Need to revisit our dichotomy recursive algorithm and check its parameters.

What has been done so far:
- minAbscissaDelta smaller to a factor 10
- maxScreenDelta set to 256 (so 16 screen unit)
- add an exist attribute to LocusSample, we can sample in the invalid abscsissa area until valid sample is found or minAbscissaDelta is reached.
- various condition check and optimisation
