Bug Description
Define regular polygon.
This item could depend on the center, a summit then a value representing the number of summit.
The value could be:
1) defined by the mouse drag, then a fixed value in the polygon. The number of summit is definitely set.
2) selected in the canvas. The number of summit is dynamic.

It make no sense to get regular polygon with fixed side number.
Only implement with value as an object (math item)
