Bug Description

The error I received when kick off the Dreampie after download and install is "Couldn't start subprocess: Subprocess terminated with return code 1.
Subprocess wrote:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:\Program Files\DreamPie\share\dreampie\subp_main.py", line 30, in <module>
    sys.setdefaultencoding('utf-8')
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'setdefaultencoding'
"
So, it crashed.
