unicode name of drawer does not work

I would like to use hungarian characters in drawer name, but I could not do. And app did not show any error message, only nothing was done.

I can confirm this in the same environment as above. The .desktop file is created with the correct name (~/.local/share/applications/Tástáil.desktop), but only contains a couple of lines:
