Drawer Window gets wrong y position when Laucher is customized

Bug Description
The lower the icon in the launcher the greater is the deviation in the Y axis, pulling the Drawer Window further down.
I believe that its due to some of many customizations I did.
I'm using Ubuntu Trusty and mainly did customizations to Unity with Unity Tweak Tool.

I realized that when the icon size is set to 38px (for the launcher, not the Drawer. Did it via Unity Tweak Tool) the deviation of the Drawer Window is almost imperceptible.
However if i set Launchers icons to 32px, devition now feels really wrong even though Drawers Window seems to be preserving its position.
