Menu items in wrong language

Several menu items are in the wrong laguage (i.e. french (I think) and not english). These are:
the gear on the layers palette
object -> convert ->
object -> boolean operations ->

not knowing what these items are because of language makes them unusable

I have corrected the "convert" submenu but not the "boolean ops" as it doesn't seems to me to be badly localized.

This bug has only partially been fixed. The menu items are now correct, but the configuration pop up menu (click the gear in the lower left corner) of the Layers inspector/palette/window is still in some other language. In addition, 0.8 introduces a new bug whereby opening a new file results in a small progress window that says "SVG file loading" that never closes and is always on top of other windows in the app. If you cancel it your current document is closed. The full impact of this is untested but the implication is bad so it should be a high priority fix especially since it was not in the previous version.

If this sheet appears when you are opening a SVG document, it is totally normal : some SVG documents can take time to be opened and you will have to wait that the sheet closes.

If the sheet opens when opening an other document type, please let me know it and send me the document at raphoufoune [-at-] gmail . com (don't forget to remove the spaces :-) )

You misunderstand, I'm not opening a document, this appears when you open the application or choose File -> New
You should be seeing this yourself on application open
