I'm having this problem as well whenever I reboot, running Drapes 0.5.2 on Linux Mint Felica (compatible with Ubuntu Hardy packages).

You should do a "sync" when the user changes the config, that way a crash won't cause lost data.

It works for me, now that I figured out that loading the set of wall
papers and then closing drapes saves them. I assume they weren't save
properly on log out.
Anyway, someone should re-write this in python or something, because
mono is a huge dependency and many people rather don't install it.

I made a fixed version: https:/
In theory... drapes should save the wallpaper list when it gets a signal from gnome telling it that we are being logged off... At least that should work 0.4.97, so I'll look into it more and I'll make sure this works. However, just like any other application I cannot guarantee that things will be saved along a "ctrl+alt+ backspace" ... just like any other application.
