We should understand what these messages are, why they're being sent every 2 seconds, and either avoid sending them (if they are not *really* needed), or at least black-listing this specific log.

The q-svc log is unusable this way. There is too much white noise.

    Redis: Send internal pub/sub event via _send_event

    This way the log is skipped.
