Bug Description

When running devstack on a single node controller, using the configuration specified in:
https://github.com/openstack/dragonflow/blob/master/doc/source/single-node-conf/rethinkDB_local_controller.conf

You will receive an error:
"No database driver is set for Dragonflow."

This error is thrown in
https://github.com/openstack/dragonflow/blob/master/devstack/plugin.sh
on L97-99

In the lines above L72-94 it looks like rethinkDB is absent from the available drivers to be sourced.
